Lopid is prescribed to manage extremely high cholesterol and triglyceride levels in individuals with pancreatitis. The advised adult dosage of Lopid is 600 mg taken twice daily, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. The highest recommended daily dose of Lopid is 1500 mg.
